All the hats except Ready-to-ship category are made upon orders, it takes 2-3 weeks before shipping from Japan or Australia. Please inquire first if you need your order on a specific date. Due to the Japanese public holiday until the beginning of May, it may take longer.

Grosgrain was born from a simple idea: the perfect straw hat. Mina partnered with a fifth-generation Japanese hat factory known for 140 years of exceptional craftsmanship. Authentic natural straw hats are hand-crafted in Japan. Mina -a self-taught milliner- designs and creates one-of-a-kind millinery hats in Adelaide. Grosgrain’s collectons are sophisticated, comfortable to wear, and sustainable.

Beautiful classic boaters hat. Looks exactly as advertised. Fits perfectly due to the internal elastic band that I hid under my pony tail, 2 hidden side hair grips keeps the hat in place even in the wind. I received many compliments on my boaters hat at a baby shower I attended. Love 💕 this classic hat. I will be wearing it to a wedding soon on Miami Beach!

Excellent hat, beautifully pachaged and quickly delivered
The attachment mechanism for detachable chin straps are well designed and well made. I tested it on two hats (the Kate and Vivien styles). It did a good job and looked good too.
This item was initially left out of my custom hat order. Mina responded to my query in 20 mins and organized to ship them the next day. Wow! Thank you!
