Temporary Shipping Suspension to the U.S.
Due to the recent introduction of new U.S. tariffs and related regulations, both Japan Post and Australia Post have temporarily suspended certain shipping services to the U.S. As a result, we have only options to ship by UPS, which costs around 110USD to ship one hat. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this unexpected situation. We value your support and will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped from Australia or Japan, which means they are considered international shipments into the U.S. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or delivery brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as these are required by U.S. customs regulations.Recently, U.S. Customs has introduced new tariffs and stricter import requirements, which may cause delivery delays. We appreciate your patience during this transition period.
If an item is returned due to unpaid taxes or fees, we will not be able to refund the product cost or the original shipping charges. If postal or delivery services introduce prepaid tax options in the future, we’ll include those costs in the product price for U.S. customers to make your experience smoother.

All the hats except Ready-to-ship category are made upon orders, it takes 3-4 weeks before shipping from Japan or Australia. Please inquire first if you need your order on a specific date.

Beautiful classic boaters hat. Looks exactly as advertised. Fits perfectly due to the internal elastic band that I hid under my pony tail, 2 hidden side hair grips keeps the hat in place even in the wind. I received many compliments on my boaters hat at a baby shower I attended. Love 💕 this classic hat. I will be wearing it to a wedding soon on Miami Beach!
