International Delivery Fee
We ship from Japan or Australia. Free International shipping for over a total of 300 AUD orders. The international shipping fee depends on the destination and size.
Processing time
Each piece is created upon order by the artisans' hands. It takes 3-4 weeks before we ship out the order at the moment (May 2024). It may take longer. Delivery time may differ depending on the methods and the destinations. Please understand we do not and cannot guarantee any delivery date to the customer, and we are not responsible for any delays occurred by the international deliverer(which tends to happen often).
Delivery Methods and Time
Delivery to the US, UK, Australia, and Eastern Asia usually takes about 4-7 days by International Express. 1-2 weeks to deliver to Canada, the rest of Asia, and the rest of Europe. However, we do not guarantee any of the delivery. Please understand delays tend to occur.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If the customer refuses to pay import taxes, the delivery may be returned to the sender. In that case, we will not refund the initial shipping fee, and a handling fee may be charged, and we do not resend the item. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
